Prompt delivery, well packaged. Excellent quality. Arrived on recipient’s birthday, so excellent planning!

Horrible service

This is a scammer. I never received my item, never received shipment notifications, and had no response from customer service. Horrible experience, and as a result, I had no gift for my partner on Valentine's Day.

I purchased a couple of Los Angeles Dodgers gifts for my daughter who is a big Dodgers fan. She was so happy!!! The deliveries arrived sooner than expected which is always nice!!! I must mention that I thought one of my purchases hadn’t been delivered and when I contacted their customer service I was so pleased with the timely manner in which they responded and they were so polite!!! I was so impressed!!! The package had been delivered and my neighbor picked it up for me so that was my error and when I told them it was my mistake they weren’t sarcastic or rude which made me happy. All in all I would definitely recommend this company for all their Great Qualities!!! And I will definitely be purchasing again from them.
