TruGridReviews of trugrid.com

We moved off of Citrix and over to TruGrid last year due to rising costs and complexity of Citrix. TruGrid has been amazing. The simplification of administration has freed up hours of troubleshooting and admin work that I would have to spend on Citrix on a weekly basis. The flexibility of the TruGrid system out of the box for my supporting my users across several domains and companies has been nothing short of a miracle when I compare doing the same things in Citrix. Support has been spot on. Because things "just work" my support needs have been pretty minor. I can use the chat function to add 4 different domain alias to a single tenant and 2 minutes later, it is done and working. If I have a question on an admin function because I have not had to touch it for 2 months, Support tells me how to fix it and gives me links to the documentation for next time. Very happy with their support. TruGrid probably won't like this part, but the cost of TruGrid vs Citrx made it easy to sell the boss on a POC trial. The cost + experience + time savings made it a no brainer to sign a 3 year contract. Heck they even helped us with a cost structure that fit our business needs vs forcing us into a plan that wasn't going to work for us.

I use TruGrid every day. It's a great product, we use it to remotely access our Winery cooling systems in a secure way and I have never had any issues. Their support is extremely responsive and they resolve all of my issues very quickly. While we are a very small customer we feel extremely valued.

Peter listened my problem and find solution and willing to go extra mile to get my problem solved. Indeed, we have only discussed what we can do next but and will see result late... Tune in... At this moment, I am also experiencing connection problem, not sure it is my network or trugrid... will go home and try

I just wanted to say thank you and appreciate your help and support the other today. I was really impressed with the way you helped us, it is beyond our expectation. You are very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We're very pleased with your software as well.

TruGrid was a lifesaver during COVID. Our in-house firewall was not doing the trick with its VPN. TruGrid is reliant on Azure, and Azure is far from perfect, BUT, the product, the setup, the support are all terrific.

Peter was very helpful in getting to the root of my printing problem! He also showed me some handy tricks for customizing the desktop that I've found useful. Thank you!

Love Trugrid! It's our go to for secure, remote access for all our clients. And their support is Amazing! We highly recommend
