I have been watching the 12-day live real estate investing training hosted by Andrew and Leo, and it has been very informative and practical. The training focuses on their BOFSLO strategy, which stands for Buy Owner Finance, Sell Lease Option. They break this strategy down in a way that is easy to understand and applicable, even for newer investors.
One of the biggest strengths of this training is the emphasis on asking questions and engaging. Andrew and Leo consistently encourage participants to interact, think critically, and get comfortable having conversations with sellers. They stress that success in real estate comes from clear communication and confidence.
A major takeaway from the training is what they refer to as the “Big Three” questions to ask sellers:
1. What’s the least you’ll take on price?
2. What’s the least you’ll take per month until I pay it off in full?
