Beautiful Casket, Great Price & On Time.
I placed an order thru Trusted caskets & they delivered a BEAUTIFUL CASKET on time & at a great price. It's bad enough having to go thru financial stress of a funeral but they made it easy & affordable. Thank you very much.

We were very pleased with the casket
We were very pleased with the casket, service, quick delivery, and saving over $2000 !!! The casket we chose was rose pink and lilac and much prettier in person than the online photo, to the point that one guest told me it was the most beautiful she had ever seen! Truth be told, it was very striking with our pink, white, and lavender flowers. I did call their 800 number before ordering and my questions were answered. I purchased it late Thursday evening and it was delivered the following Monday. (I also allowed a 3 day pre-funeral "cushion" just in case.) Here's a tip not anywhere on their website order form : Put the name of the deceased in the same box as the shipping address of the mortuary along with the name and phone number of your contact person there. Just type it all in, the box expands. There is no other space to put this important info. Also, make sure you don't ship it to your house!

At the shopping cart, our system also asks to provide the name of the person for whom this delivery for, and the date of the service, so we can arrange the delivery on time. Good quality
Good quality, received casket very fast. We had updated constantly where the shipment was. The only reason why i did not give 5 starts is because there was a few dents on casket.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for your experience, but according to the proof of delivery from the cargo company, the casket was inspected at delivery. Based on the POD, your funeral home representative inspected the casket in therm of any defects or damages, and it has no issues at the moment of the delivery.

Great prices and customer service
I purchased two baskets for my mother and father. The cost for each casket was very competitive and they were delivered to the mortuary within 2 days, free of charge. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because my father's casket had a small dent when it was delivered. The company offered to replace the casket but I didn't have time to do so before the services.
