Trusted CasketsReviews of trustedcaskets.com

Casket was beautiful and good quality. Customer service is excellent and delivery as quick and as promised

Our dad had a very small insurance policy so we paid out of pocket for almost everything. The casket was delivered the next morning and was absolutely beautiful. Ordering was easy, stress free and a third of the cost when ordering from the funeral home. Sadly I cannot remember the name of the lady taking our order but she was so nice and more than helpful. The delivery driver was also very kind and on time. Thank you so very much for helping us to make this time easier. From the family of Howard A. Kibby of Indianapolis, IN.

I specifically asked if the caskets were made in the US. My father only bought US products. I was told the wood was sourced in the US and assembled in South America. I was willing to compromise on that issue. The casket arrived yesterday in packaging stamped "Made in China." I'm amending my review. Moments after posting my original review Jeffrey with Trusted Caskets called. We were able to work out a resolution and a new casket arrived today. I'm happy with the resolution.

Love the customer service

While I was able to contact the company, I was told I would receive a confirmation and time it would be shipped, however I did not. Yet, the casket was delivered the morning of the day I wanted it and all was good!

The casket was supposed to arrive 07/10/25 it didn’t now everything is put in panic mode for a 8:00 am delivery on 07/11/25

THe casket is exactly what was ordered. Thank you for your service
