I was getting my semiglutide from…

I was getting my semiglutide from another source when I switched to Eden. They prescribed me the dose I was currently at (2.4 mg), however, I used the entire vial and actually gained weight. In the previous 4 months, I had continually lost weight with another provider. When I emailed Eden, they told me to ask their doctor. I did and she said to contact Eden customer service. I did contact them but they only gave me a $50 savings (you can go on their website to get $100 off). I also told them that the vial was a pale pink (my previous doses were a darker red), I gained weight while using their dosing for a month (I was still following the regular diet I had been following for 4 months). I can't believe that they would give me $50 off a replacement when someone just signing up could get $100 off. I asked for another vial to replace it but never received a response. I am now working with another supplier and have started losing weight again (even after 1st week of their compounded med). I don't believe that Eden is providing a quality product at all. And their customer service said to contact their doctor, their doctor told me to contact customer service. But, I still could not get my issue addressed. I wouldn't order from them, ever, again, nor would I recommend them.

My experience started off rocky due to a mix-up with my order. Christina stepped in and quickly resolved everything. She also gave me some solid tips with my diet. She def turned the situation around. Just gotta be persistent and ask for the boss!!

I must say. I have had A great experience with the company me but when I experienced a small delay. I called and spoke with two wonderful Customer service reps, Who were very kind and empathetic to my situation and needs. They were prompt in Problem solving. Kevin was an Angel! I am so thankful!
Kevin was an Angel! He was so kind and calming. He problem solved and fixed the issue I was having for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I was so frustrated was ready to quit Eden if it wasn't for Kevin. His customer service was amazing! Thanks, Sandra
