The product delivers on its promise. Despite issues with first order going missing, your team sorted it and I am a happy customer. I will be ordering more shortly.

The product seem to be working well, just the delivery lets it down, I would only order more if delivery was better organised

Sadly, as commented by another customer, the ‘no questions asked money back guarantee’ is a con, and despite my email attempts, no refund has been issued yet. I initially requested this after 3 weeks, but was asked by Jevi to continue taking for the full 2 months. When I contacted again after completing the course, I was told to return the product to America, but I’d already finished it and only had the packaging! The product unfortunately didn’t work for me, hence my refund request. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Update: after reading my review, Jevi have now refunded my order value, without me having to return the empty bottle all the way over to America! Common sense prevails, but their refund policy still hasn’t been updated…. Changed my rating accordingly 👍

Hi Laura, Thank you for updating your review and for sharing your experience in detail. We appreciate you acknowledging that the refund has now been processed. We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused. Your feedback has been shared with our customer support team as a learning experience, as we’re always working to improve how clearly and consistently we communicate our policies. While we do need to keep our refund process and guidelines in place to remain fair to all customers, we honour our money-back guarantee when the product has been given a fair try, as was the case here. We understand how confusing the experience felt, and we appreciate your patience while it was resolved. Thank you again for taking the time to update your review, feedback like this helps us improve moving forward.

Update - Still not sure about the product - perhaps it just didn’t work for me - However, the company kept their ‘money back guarantee’ promise and refunded me, so fair enough. Product was delivered quite quickly which was better than some reviews said. I’m unsure on this product though. I bought it more to address bloating in the abdomen area - my sleep was ok anyway. However, I seem far more bloated and am gaining weight. I didn’t eat or drink particularly differently over Christmas and have been on these tablets for a month so I’m unsure whether to continue with them… I certainly don’t want to be gaining weight… I wonder if it’s fluid retention for some reason..?

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad delivery was quicker than expected, and sorry to learn you haven't felt your desired benefits yet. Corti-Help isn’t a weight-loss product, and while many people notice reduced bloating over time, everyone’s body responds differently. For some people, it can take 4–6 weeks of consistent use for the full benefits to be felt, particularly if cortisol levels have been elevated for a long time. Hormones, stress, and seasonal factors can also influence fluid retention and bloating. If things don’t feel right for you, we’d appreciate it if you could reach out to us at [email protected] so we can offer more tailored guidance and help you decide the best next step. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re here to help.💛
