First week on medication and no side effects. Food noise has been quiet. Focusing on water intake and more protein definitely helps. I’m on a low dose to start.

I started measured in April 2025, and am now down 102 lb! I started with Zepbound, then switched to Mounjaro due to insurance. Measured makes things super easy, you fill out the questionnaire and submit your bloodwork and insurance info. They take care of the rest! I have always had my questions answered and they’ve been so helpful along the way. So easy, would highly recommend!
