Honestly, Measured has been great for me! My care team is super attentive and always gets back to me really quick. They've made the whole process so easy and did all the paperwork and dealt with the pharmacy and all that. I just needed to be diagnosed and have meds quick and affordable and they did all that. I also had an issue where I was traveling and needed a new address for them to ship to. This was no issue for them and they promptly reordered the meds for me and shipped to my new address. I know some people had issues with canceling or communication, but I haven't had any problems at all. They always reach out if there's any issues, like with supply or whatever. If you're looking for a weight loss program that's supportive and easy to work with, I'd totally recommend Measured!

Great service, helpful staff, and super effective product! I've been working with Measured for a few months and been on a GLP-1 prescription. Their staff was super helpful in getting me the information I needed and to talk to any concerns I had about the medication. The subscription service is super convenient and the compounded medication I'm receiving is very effective. I'm already down about ~30 lbs since starting my program.

I have been with trymeasured since February 2024. I love my current team. They are attentive and respond fast. They answer all my questions and address my concerns.

I answered the ad for GLP‘s. They offered me a medication and asked if that was OK. I told him I wanted what would get me to my goals fastest and they sent prescription. It turns out the prescription is for Metformin. Best case scenario, I could lose 2% of my body weight in a year which is about 4 pounds. I canceled them and told them to stop contacting me. They contacted me again. They texted me and I told them to stop. They keep going. I have received so much pressure from them to renew after canceling and telling them to stop that I am now thinking of hiring legal counsel. Don’t go anywhere near them.

I really love this program, they are so efficient, and easy to work with. I love the understanding and support i receive from my care team and provider. They respond and give updates within hours. Versus my previous program it took 2+ weeks to respond and always delayed my prescription. I am so glad I found them

They are impossible to cancel with. They will keep auto withdrawal and not answer back. They owe me several months and cannot get a response. No phone number to call.

Measured has been an easy and convenient experience for me and my weight loss journey. Responses are very quick and the founder of Measured makes the effort to reach out to his members to understand their user experience which compelled me rejoin measured after taking a few months away due to other reasons. The ease and quickness of having my prescriptions refilled as well as having the option for a PA to be submitted on my behalf are nice bonuses. Measured even works with me by providing me with the appropriate documents for FSA to reimburse me for my membership. I am definitely having a great experience with this platform!
