This stuff is absolute garbage. I dont recommend people wasting their money. It doesn't work then when you send the company emails they just ignore them and the phone number can't accept incoming calls. The COMPANY IT NEW AURA !!!!!

**Terrible experience – Beware of unwanted subscriptions!** I ordered a product from New Aura just once, but to my surprise, I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription without ever knowingly giving my consent! Since then, they have continued charging my credit card every month for products I do not want. I have been unable to cancel this subscription, and I am absolutely desperate to get this resolved. I don't want any more products, I don't want a subscription, and I want these recurring charges to stop immediately! My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Before you know it, you could be trapped in a subscription that seems impossible to cancel. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Stay away and be warned!

Didn't really see any difference when using the product. The kicker is I thought it was a one-time purchase and they kept renewing and billing my card and sending me more every month email after email to stop after third month finally figured out how to cut it off. Automated messages and busy signal when you call the phone line. Customer service is absolutely shit. Call the phone number listed with the product and see if you get an answer don't take my word for it. Save yourself some headache do not purchase.

Beware the default-checked box that signs you up for a subscription. Very sneaky, I only realised when I got an email telling me my second delivery was on the way. Customer service is a series of generic responses, with no acknowledgement of this very devious way of getting repeat business.

I never received my order. Tried following up, but emails keep bouncing. Seems like a scam.

Been ordering for last 2 years and the product is really good and no issues with it at all but my last order of £65 was placed and never turned up and after repeatedly contact their customer service to check what’s the status heard nothing back. So have lost the money and no product. Be careful.
