Very unhappy with Shed. There are much more reasonably priced GLP-1 prescribers out there. Getting the medication shipped after the first shipment was a hassle each time. It caused me to have a lapse in treatment in each subsequent month when consistency is key. I found another provider for half the cost.

Mike called to welcome me to the program. While it sounded like he was reading from a script, he laughed at times and that told me he felt comfortable and at ease. I appreciate the effort to call customers and make them feel welcomed!

So far I'm not impressed. The fact that they would ship me these meds without me talking to a provider is a little bit shocking. All of the information is incredibly limited and takes you in circles and doesn't actually give you truly concrete information. I called because I had a question and when they called me back they made it about them and what they wanted and the script that they wanted to follow to check in with me and not about the fact or the reason that I called and she tried to get off the phone with me when I had warned her that I had questions and then even though I had told her I still had other questions she thanked me for my call when she felt like she was done and hung up. So... Maybe I'll do an update if things improve but so far I'm really not impressed.

For safety and compliance, every member either meets with a licensed provider or has their medical information reviewed by a provider before any prescription is written and approved. Medications are never shipped without provider authorization, as your safety and proper medical oversight are extremely important to us. We also offer free provider visits at any time, which can be booked directly through the “Schedule” tab in your member portal. We’re also very sorry to hear that your call felt rushed or scripted. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. Your questions and concerns should always be the priority, and we would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
