I would not recommend Shed RX based on my recent experience. My prescription fulfillment took significantly longer than the timeline that was promised, with little to no proactive communication about the delay. Because this involves GLP-1 medication, timing and consistency are critical. The extended delay disrupted my schedule and created unnecessary stress. When I reached out for clarification, customer service responses were slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to get clear answers. In a subscription-based healthcare model, reliability and responsiveness should be a priority. That standard was not met.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how important timing and consistency are, especially with GLP-1 medications. Delays and inconsistent communication are not the standard we aim to provide. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account and better understand what happened. Please reach out to our support team so we can address your concerns directly!

No stars would be more accurate for this co. Please, do Not go with shed, it has been a pain in the *** since I messed w it. At the beginning of Jan I had appt w the Dr. Who said he would send my perscription to novocare. Weeks later I check novocare says they never got it. I got in touch w shed they said they would resend it. Days later novocare says they denied it bc there was no diagnosis or phone # on the prescription. That basic cycle went back and forth for over a month, I never received anything...then they charged my card for another office visit and monthly fee. I am now w sesame and literally saw Dr. And received my medication in the same day. Also I will add that I asked she's if they could send it to a pharmacy here in town and they said no it had to go through novocare. When you call novocare get ready to out your phone on speaker and wait. If you want to speak w the pharmacy it's at least 45min. I timed it

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this caused. Delays with prescription processing and prior authorization can be incredibly frustrating, and that back-and-forth is not the experience we want for our patients. We would like the opportunity to review your account and billing concerns directly. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into what happened and work toward a resolution.

If it had not been for Carson I was going to cancel. I understand they are overwhelmed with customers but when you need a very clear communication I found in my case speaking with this wonderful person made the world of difference. Right to the point and clarified everything. The website for me is very confusing but if you speak with someone it helps tremendously. I just received my meds but still shows processing in my portal so some things should be updated real time. Carson kept me as a customer for Shed. Right to the point if you want name brand you will pay 125.00 per month membership fee if not you don't that simple.
