Excellent customer support
Package arrived damaged and missing an item. Contacted customer service and they immediately made things right by sending a replacement for the missing item. I haven't had a chance to really try the whitening system, but am looking forward to it. Looks easy enough

Good so far
Have been using Snow toothpaste, mouthwash and gel for almost 2 weeks and have seen little to no change, hoping I will see some at the month mark. No issues with sensitivity though
