REAL PRODUCT. Customer staff with a HEART
I purchase SNOW because of the customer reviews which help me decide if i'll buy it or not, so I ended up giving it a try. I can honestly say that I made the righy decision. I am on my day 17 of my teeth whitening journey with SNOW and I am seeing the result. In addition, one of my snow white piece broke on day 9 but since I've got their Bogo sale, i decided to use the other mouthpiece in order to continue and not missed a single day. I've reached out to SNOW customer team. I explained the situation and I am very pleased that they are responding to every questions that I have. They send a replacement for my mouthpiece. They certainly value their customer and I felt special. KUDOS to SNOW TEAM!
