I had an issue with my mouthpiece constantly turning off after 30 seconds. I contacted the company and they said they would send a new one out. Very easy to deal with.

The mouthpiece required for the process stopped working. I had a reply to my email in a matter of hours and new equipment sent immediately no further questions asked. Amazing I’m so grateful!

I had an issue with my LED light (mouth piece). The representative ( Brent) was so pleasant to deal with and understanding. 😉

Highly recommend! Not only is it a great product that does exactly what they say, but their customer service is above and beyond! I’ve been using the full whitening kit for almost a month and had an issue. After emailing them, their customer service response was within minutes and my situation had been completely solved. I went ahead and ordered 2 more for family members right after. They truly have a great product and stand behind their product!

Definitely the best customer service I have ever had. They check in often to see how I am doing with the treatments. I am pretty skeptical when it comes to whitening kits. I have to say that this one is amazing. Hands down the best yet. Results after just 1 treatment.
