Christine, thank you for speaking up. Your kids' safety matters, and these are questions we want to answer properly.
ParaHaven and ParaBinder were formulated from the ground up for children. Every ingredient is third-party tested for purity and contaminants, and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility.
Our wormwood is thujone-free, meaning the one compound historically linked to liver concerns has been removed at the formulation level. Zeolite, the core of ParaBinder, is classified as nontoxic by the FDA and has a well-established safety profile across peer-reviewed research. The ingredients in this formulation have no established hepatotoxic profiles at the doses used in this product.
On nutrient depletion and dehydration: zeolite works by binding to toxins inside the digestive tract and carrying them out through normal bowel movements. It is not known to interfere with the body's nutrient absorption or hydration. ParaBinder also contains Vitamin D and methylated B-12 specifically because children with gut imbalances tend to run low in both. The product was designed to replenish these nutrients, not deplete them.
On dark circles: we understand why that would be alarming. Dark circles are driven by factors like low iron, chronic inflammation, and disrupted sleep, and they develop gradually, typically over weeks and months. This is actually one of the most common pre-existing symptoms families report before starting any protocol.
On the email concern: your order is processed through our secure checkout system and is not shared with unauthorized parties. That said, we want to understand exactly what happened and make sure there wasn't a technical issue on our end.
We also owe you better communication. That part is on us, and we're sorry.
Please reach out to [email protected] so we can pull up your account and work through everything with you directly.
