I was skeptical about giving this to my kids but when I started Ive seen that my child is going to the bathroom everyday, usually she would go every other day or sometimes every 2 days. Her belly looked bloated to me before. Had dark circles under her eyes. Im thankful for this product because her dark circles under eyes are disappearing, goes to bathroom daily, and her belly doesn't look bloated and big as it was!

My child screamed when taking her 1st dose - it was numbing and the taste was overwhelming so she refuses to take it. I shelved it for a couple of months and thought I would take it myself so I didn't waste my $100. 4 days in and I'm now experiencing rectal bleeding and have to go to my Healthcare provider. I will not be taking any longer. Big waste of money. Be very careful with herbal supplements!

Hi Jessi, We’re genuinely sorry for how frightening this experience has been for you, and especially for your daughter. Seeing blood and needing medical follow-up is upsetting for anyone, and we understand why you felt worried enough to stop the cleanse and leave this review. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to you by email to understand exactly what happened and to document everything with our safety and quality team. In your emails with us, you shared that: - You and your daughter each took 5 ml per dose the first time you tried the cleanse, and - More recently you took 5 ml per day for 2 days, then 1 ml per day for 3 days. Our labels and cleanse guide both recommend an adult dose of 1 ml per day, with a “start low and slow” approach (often 0.5 ml for the first few days) because these are concentrated herbal extracts. This means that on the first days you were taking around 5 times our recommended daily dose. Using several times more than the suggested amount can be very intense for the body and may contribute to reactions that we do not typically see when the products are used as directed. Rectal bleeding is not a known or expected effect of ParaHaven or ParaBinder at the recommended dose, and it is not something we’ve seen when the cleanse is used as directed in our internal safety reviews. That’s why we documented your case carefully, requested and reviewed the lot numbers you sent, and forwarded everything to our safety and quality team for further internal review. Even though the products were taken at a much higher dose than we recommend, we still: - Encouraged you to continue working closely with your healthcare provider - Clarified the difference between the recommended dose and the amount taken - Processed a full item refund as a goodwill gesture We’ve followed up a few times since then to check how you’re doing, share the cleanse guide again, and answer any questions, but we haven’t heard back yet. So far, so good! We started just two days ago, and we have active parasites so we shall see! The taste is the most palatable for my kids and me! Like a fruity taste. And I reached out to customer service for some support and direction and they responded so quickly! I REALLY appreciate that!

Bought this product and it was shipped to me via PostNL, which is a Dutch shipping company. It arrived in New York and was promptly returned due to a customs message requiring Cash on Delivery. I'm in Alaska, so obviously I can't hop in a car and drive to their customs center, and not ot mention I already paid shipping through Velvra. So I reached out to request a refund, and they refused, saying on their end, my address was wrong. So I called PostNL and was given the tracking history. I forwarded this info to them, and they still refused. Do not buy from this company.
