I had been 3 months into a 6 months plan (Confirmed weight loss from 215 to 180) when I noticed my second shipment wasn't processed. I assumed it was a delay but by the end of the week there was no update. I reached out to the support team on a Saturday, not expecting a response until Monday, where member Sam was available and eager to help. The whole process was completed in under 5 minutes, including my bonus questions that set me up for successful future plans as well.
