Companies shouldn't sell products they don't have on hand and then bug you for a review.. Two weeks and nothing but a back order notification. If I had known they didn't have them in stock, I would have ordered elsewhere. Of course they don't tell you until AFTER they have your money.

Not real happy with the slow processing. Placed my order on April 11. To date not a sign of the merchandise or any word from your company on this order.

I misjudged the size of the item I ordered and contacted via web site asking how to return. I received an email but it didn't seem to provide all the information the website info page indicated was needed. I tried again to contact via Customer Service Link and got a "no one is here" message in return. This is so frustrating.

I placed an order and there was a problem with the size. I have left 2 messages trying to get a return shipment slip. On the emails I have been sent, it states that this company takes free returns. The returns cannot be free if you do not send a return shipment slip in the package. I just ordered the pants in a larger size and I am waiting for them. This is a ridiculous way to do business. I am not satisfied at all with this company.

3 phone calls over 1 1/2 week span never returned so customer service sucks. order messed up ordered large got xlarge shipping took 3 weeks web page said 3-5 days

Did not receive what was ordered. Sent email and got a poor response back and nothing else. Won't be ordering through TSA again.
