We have been using it for 8 years now but will be switching to another system starting January. Customer service is inexistent. Other than a 2-hour wait on a chat window, there is no way to actually talk to any body. The number listed on the website is a generic helpline for ALL intuit products and they hang up on you after a few minutes.

Note the fine print - NO REFUNDS! We lost hundreds of dollars signing up for the annual service and requesting cancellation a few months in when we found a less expensive substitute. We appreciated the functionality while we had it, but regret having signed up and paying in advance to get the reduced monthly rates.

We just got Tsheets last month and it's been a complete nightmare since. They sold us a version that is not compatible with what we have and had to roll it back. We were able to login for a moment then not able to. Called support on a Monday and we went through the trouble shooting steps and the man finally said he has to contact his programmers. Didn't hear back from them all week. Had to call the following Monday and the lady went through the same EXACT trouble shooting steps and finally escalated the issue. They had to roll it back AGAIN. We paid for a whole month of not being able to even use the product and they offered no discount when asked. It has been call after call and trouble shoot after trouble shoot since then. Simple things such as being able to login on the URL but not the app. Same info. Needless to say. One month in and its been a horrible experience. Simple things such as logging in should not require roll backs and trouble shooting calls.

Using it is ok, but you can’t cancel it on the web, they need to talk to you over the phone and they don’t have time for that. These basic things like starting and ending a subscription should me all digital. Not very nice, the support hours are US time zones only.

Time tracking for gov't contracts is useful. However, Tsheets does not truly/seamlessly link with QBO payroll as I have to reinput hourly billable payrates each payroll. I have to carefully export payroll summaries each time period into XLSx format, reformat total hours, cross check with QBO payroll. Overall, not a pleasent experience. Also, not clear how QBO chart of accounts fringe benefit_PTO category can truly link to TSHeets PTO function. We therefore don't use Tsheets PTO function.

I wanted to apologize for your experience with TSheets to date, but I would love to touch base with you and see if we can find a solution. I know we can export hours to Quickbooks Online Plus so you should definitely not need to export to an XLS and then re-import. I will make sure we have a representative and myself reach out to you today!
