I feel scammed, these people took my money 2 months ago and I have not received my order. They have no phone numbers to contact them. Do not buy from this piece of crap "company" I'd give them 0 stars if i could.

This company totally lacks any form of customer support. I ordered an item over a month ago. They sent me a tracking # that doesn't work. Despite repeated requests for help all I get is an automated reply. The company motto should be "Once we have your money forget it"

I order 2 feng shui black obsidian bracelet and haven't received them yet what's the problem

Complete SCAM!!! Saw on Facebook and ordered a product that I never received. I tried to get my money back thru PayPal, but it never happened! Plz do not buy anything from this website, they will send you a bogus tracking number and after months you will never get the product.

Place my order in April, they took my money right after I placed the order in April. No email from them when will the order be ship. I send email asking in mid May, They finally gave me a order number. It state the label was created on April 30 and shipping company will pick that up. It is 05/30- still no order . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STAR BUT ORCE TO GIVE IT ONE

If there was any such thing as zero stars that what they deserve I can't believe that they allow this company to do business in our country scam 100%

How do you give zero stars! This is absolutely horrible and the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping online. This company is a bunch of scam artists. I ordered a product from their site in 4/4 and I still do not have a product. I have emailed several times requesting a refund and like most others was told “it was already sent to the warehouse.” Meanwhile, the fake tracking # they gave me hasn’t updated since 4/21 stating the product is in Canada. I was charged for the product from BubblyKitty, which is based in Ontario, Canada. You mean to tell me it’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have the product. Not a single other company I have ordered from has had an issue delivering within a reasonable timeframe. Consumers beware of this fraudulent scam and stay far away. There has to be something that can be done to shut these guys down.
