the hinges are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP
I've had my Tuff Shed for over 3 years and it is holding up well... I had the extra metal foundation joists and extra rafters - and it's had 3 feet of snow on it... I also had the double doors - and THAT was the BIG PROBLEM... the doors are heavy and the hinges they used were so cheap that within a couple months the doors were sagging so much I couldn't latch them closed unless I lifted up on them to close them... I knew if I called them for the warranty they would just come out and put the same hinges on and I'd be going through it all over again in a couple months... CHEAP CHEAP HINGES... I finally bought 6 heavy duty T-strap hinges and my partner and I installed them - not with little wood screws like were used on the original hinges that broke and stripped when they were installing them, but with 3/16" bolts that went all the way through the door with nuts on the back... the doors are no longer sagging...
