Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service, terrible insurance company don’t waste your money

Complete waste of money
We insured with tuneprotect against flight cancellation with AirAsia for about 20% of the flight cost. AirAsia cancelled the flights and refused to refund, as is their way. Asked tuneprotect.com for a payout but of course there is always small print that says "no" Don't waste your money.
