Order and pay for an 8 piece 80 Year Anniversary Servalier set and only got 7 pieces. Kjnda wanted to the bowl that matches the lid, yet Tupperware said they can't send the 1 bowl that's missing. They could replace with a whole other different type of Tupperware that doesn't even match the 80 year anniversary set. Never again. Always buy from a Tupperware representative in your hometown; never buy from Tupperware directly (they use AI, which futher complicates and frustrates the situation). Oh, and there is no longer a working phone number to speak to customer service [everything is theough email only].

The Tupperware Wow Pop Microwave Popcorn Maker is not an item I would or could endorse. My grands and I made a big bowl of popcorn, but it takes lots of trips to the microwave to get a good sized bowl. When I took the glass plate out of the bottom to wash it and the bowl, the glass snapped into two pieces. What a shame! You CANNOT order a new glass plate, and you can't use the popcorn popper without it. That's pretty sad! A real waste of money!

I don't like writing negative reviews but People need to know that this company's support is very bad. I have gotten extremely frustrated with a simple task of having a container lid replace. The support/warranty is at my best guess completely SI. I received several emails wanting a satisfaction reply. I let them know several times that my issue had not been resolved. I could never get a human being to help. I won't get down into the weeds about my experience but I won't be a future customer.

As others have mentioned here; the claims process is dreadful; gave me a small portion of the value of the item I claimed and then I can't even order just the lids I needed. When I decided to order something else just to use the credit amount up I found it doesn't cover shipping so no matter what you are spending money. Don't get me started on the customer service or lack thereof. There isn't any and the reps don't help you with your claim anymore. It might run under the name Tupperware but it is NOT the same company. Absolute garbage.

Although I have had Tupperware all my life, I have not had a chance to purchase any products until recently. I am so disappointed and frustrated with my experience with their Customer Service. Invited to an online party, the online catalog showed the Wild Mulberry round container with a sale price of $19 vs the usual $27. I immediately hit “add to cart” and then ordered 3 other items for approx. $70 total. When I received my confirmation of order I noticed it was showing $27 vs the sale price of $19. I sent my host an email immediately with a picture of my confirmation and also a screen shot of the page advertising the sale price with the container. My host contacted her consultant who gave her the Tupperware email for me to contact. Again, I immediately contacted the company by email and received an AI response that orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are in process. I responded with the picture of the Wild Mulberry container with the $19 sale price. They told me that the $19 sale only applied to the other two colors but not the pictured item with the advertisement for $19. After several more emails with AI and a representative… there was no resolution but for me to go through the return policy to get a refund and reorder one of the other colors on sale. And of course pay the shipping on the return and the shipping for another item!! By that time (3 days of trying to resolve) I didn’t even want the items I ordered. It wasn’t the $8 I wanted to save as much as Tupperware was deceptive in their advertising. Using a more expensive item as the sale item when it wasn’t!! I decided I would return all my items because I would enjoy them after such an experience and knowing they were trying to deceive people. All I have to do now is decide if I leave everything in the box and refuse the shipment or repack it to ship back. Either way I will have to pay the shipping back. I’m afraid if I just refuse the UPS delivery Tupperware will try to charge me extra shipping on the return because they cannot be trusted. It is also crazy that after you ship items back… you have to contact them AGAIN to see if the package arrived to get your refund!!! Why can’t they just refund your money when they receive the shipment??? I purchase lot online and nobody makes it as difficult as Tupperware to return items and get a refund. I’m exhausted just thinking about all of this and definitely would not enjoy using any products I had bought… so even though it is costing me plenty of time and money… my whole order is being returned! I won’t make this mistake again. Sad such a once trusted product is taking such a nose dive but I am tired of deceptive advertising! Good bye Tupperware Update: decided not to wait for any additional surprises and took the box to UPS unopened and paid there for the return… almost $23 but now I can forget I lost $$ and move on without those items being in my house! Wish Tupperware would be more concerned about their customers than some ill-written guidelines. Recognizing their advertising error, they should have just given me the color shown in the ad and moved on. Hopefully I will get my full refund on the items. Followed return policy to the letter!

Well, I have tried and tried to get someone to contact me regarding replacement of some of my tupperware... NO RESPONSE after trying for over a year. Now I'm taking to social media to air my grievance. 30/40 years ago I paid premium prices for tupperware, held parties and expected Tupperware to hold up their end of the bargan. Again, US business mentality has taken over and is now in full swing. Reducing customer service by no longer standing behind their product and by no longer providing customer service, yet still demanding exorbitantprices!! The US business model is going to continue to take your company further and futher towards its death!! Disgusting! And those who enforce/support this business model should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service and an unfair warranty policy! Tupperware changed their warranty, punishing long-time customers who purchased under the old terms. Their online claim process is incredibly difficult, which is especially unfair to seniors and those with limited computer experience. I am disgusted by the frustrating AI responses and the near-impossible reimbursement process. I will never buy Tupperware again and will actively discourage my friends and family from purchasing their products.

I ordered from them, they took the money, but it took them 1 week just to answer my email when I asked for shipping. And then another 2 weeks before I get a refund when I asked for it. Terrible service! Never again!
