You keep forgetting my bank account…
You keep forgetting my bank account information every month so it charges me an extra 20 dollars to pay my rent. I've talked to customer service and nothing worked. I wish I could go back to the good old days where you could just pay in cash and be done with it.

Hi there, Jeff. We understand how frustrating unexpected fees can be. In some cases, bank accounts connected through a login may require periodic re-authentication due to security requirements set by the financial institution. When that step isn’t completed, payments may default to a card, which can include processing fees. To help avoid this going forward, we recommend linking your bank account manually instead of through a bank login, which typically prevents these re-authentication interruptions. We’ve also followed up with you directly via email so we can walk through this together and make sure everything is set up correctly moving forward!

Works great so far
Works great so far. Lots of very nice features. They have some security measure that if left uncompleted, will lock you out. The team seemed to be responsive and polite, though.

Easy Site To Manage
The site is easy to manage as a landlord. The best thing is the valuable information it provides. If you subscribe to the upgraded services, you can list your property on multiple sites, and they do all the work. I also like the reminders they email you once you schedule a showing. So far, I am very pleased with the site.

I disliked the amount of control you…
I disliked the amount of control you have in seeing the finished lease. I do not believe their forms match the Colorado Commission. They spent more time trying to sell all their fees and I disliked how they interacted with my tenants.
