Turbo has been very responsive and understanding regarding an item purchased at Amazon, which couldn’t be replaced and provided a store credit in the same amount towards replacement items that were much appreciated.

This company has went above and beyond for me, truly. They were super responsive when I emailed them and had any additional questions regarding my order and they issued me a refund of the exact total in a timely manner ! Thank you all for your great customer service :)

Actually, all of this took a while in order for me to give Turbo and Turbo Support a five-star rating, but five stars it is! The following outlines my situation. ■ I ordered the Turbo Heater with a remote control through Amazon because I appreciated the look of the heater and its operational attributes from the description provided. ✅️ ■ The Turbo Heater arrived in excellent condition. I was immediately impressed with the design, the ivory color, the lit decorative fireside feature, and that the heater worked when operated manually. ✅️ ■ The remote control for the heater DID NOT WORK, however. ✅️ ■ I initially used reasonably new Energizer Max AAA batteries and inserted the batteries correctly into the battery enclosure. Besides other possible problems, it was obvious that the tiny spiral wires that connect to the batteries' [-] were not making proper contact with the [-]. ✅️ ■ I notified Turbo Support. The first associate had me go through some hoops (purchase new batteries, stand back thirteen feet from the unit to operate the remote control, and make sure the batteries were inserted correctly) before a replacement remote control would be issued. ✅️ ■ I did everything that the associate suggested. Still, the REMOTE CONTROL DID NOT WORK. ✅️ ■ I reported all of this back to Turbo Support and a replacement remote control was issued. ✅️ ■ It took some time to receive the replacement remote control because it was mailed from China. ✅️ ■ The replacement remote control works. I still need to work out some of the operational details when using the remote, but the new remote control turns the heater on and off. ✅️ ■ Britany, the last Turbo associate to contact me about all of this, expressed how glad she was that everything had finally worked out. ✅️

As mentioned in the other comments, the customer service is great. Sometimes, things happen and the product fails. I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family! Thanks again, Britany!!

My little heater wasn't working properly when taken out this fall. The warranty was honored and it was quickly replaced. The customer service was exceptional and so simple to deal with. I've purchased a bigger one and plan on purchasing another.

Quite honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received. Wilson and the TURBRO team responded to my issue immediately, walked me through some potential fixes, and when it was apparent my heater was broken (which they diagnosed quickly and easily via email, didn’t make me jump through hoops) they immediately sent a replacement while assisting me in finding my Amazon invoice from a year previous! I had my new heater within 3 days, AND THEN THEY FOLLOWED UP! Couldn’t be more satisfied :)

Outstanding customer service! I had ordered an electric fireplace, but, unfortunately, it arrived without the legs. Wilson, from customer service, kept in daily contact with me until the missing legs arrived.
