When my son’s bike had a motor issue after owning it for 11 months Tuttio was quick to replace the motor under our warranty. Usually I think warranty’s are a waste of money - I’m so pleasantly surprised that Tuttio is taking care of the issue with no back and forth. Thank you Tuttio!

Best little starter bike for getting children on two wheels...My son was the first at 7 years old and my daughter is now 7 and desiring to do the same. Love this little e-bike as it allows young ones to transition from four wheels to two easily!

I really like Tuttio because their customer support is incredibly good whenever I have a problem. I have had my Tuttio for about a year now, and so far, I haven't encountered any major issues. However, I truly appreciate Tuttio's customer service.

I bought the Tuttio E-Bike Soleil 01 for my son as a Christmas gift, and it has been a huge hit. He absolutely loves it and rides it whenever he gets the chance. The bike is well-built, easy to use, and has plenty of power for fun rides around the neighborhood and local trails. I am leaving a one star because it makes me, I purchased this bike for my 11 yr old in Dec. March the handlebars completely broke fast forward to May and the shocks completely snapped, Customer service is horrible you get an email every 3 to 5 days and they want to send you parts that you have to pay a bike shop to repair, The phone number on the website just rings, PLEASE do your research before buying this bike, Because I had to YouTube to learn how to fix this bike I found out how terrible the manufacturing is, I HATE writing bad reviews but I don't want someone going through what I am going through on a 1300 dollar bike!!! Update. They wrote that nice message below that someone will be in contact amd that was not true. No one ever contacted me and they will not help me fix my sons bike. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We had recently lost our keys and I emailed the company to find out how and how much it would cost to get it replaced. First thing next morning someone reached back out with a resolution.
