The Customer Service. While one of the items I received was the incorrect size, the customer service team at Tuxedo Action was able to work with me to meet my needs which I am greatly appreciative of. They could have told me to kick rocks, but rather than leaving a customer unsatisfied, they were able to accommodate me.

Hi Extremely wonderful site and very understanding team who are also ready to help with solutions. The blazer is extremely well made and light weight, my husband wanted one size bigger as the one what I purchased was smaller they immediately understood my issue and agreed to help . We ordered a jacket that came promptly on time. We were travelling when it arrived and we missed the return date window. The jacket fit perfectly but the color was not exactly what we had hoped for. They very graciously worked with us to still execute the return. I would order from them again as the customer service was very understanding and the product was good quality.
