I got my first TV Lift Cabinet over the weekend and it is fabulous. My husband was able to install our TV in under 30 minutes and it works great. It is so perfect for our space to keep the TV out of the way of the view!

The install went badly in that the 'white glove' service person had no idea how to install and actually dropped the cover, damaging both it and the unit. The 2nd 'white glove' installers came and couldn't get the auto rise to work. I was sent a new cover, which is highly warped. Then I was sent another warped one. All-in-all, at this price, the product is not well-designed or thought out. You can do better. I wish I'd just hung the TV on the wall and used it as a photo. Cheaper and wouldve looked and performed much better.

We’re very sorry you had this experience. We do want to clarify that the issue occurred during our Premium Tech Installation service, not the White Glove Delivery. Unfortunately, during the installation, the technician dropped the cabinet lid, causing damage. Once we were made aware of what happened, a replacement lid was sent out. We were not aware that there were also issues with the replacement top, and we certainly want the opportunity to correct that. Please send your salesperson a photo or short video showing the issue with the replacement top. They will review it right away and work with our team to quickly put together a plan to rectify the situation. All of our cabinets are manufactured in our Amish-run facilities, and we take a great deal of pride in the quality of the products we build and the service we provide. That commitment to our customers is what has allowed us to successfully remain in business for more than 25 years. We’re sorry this particular installation did not live up to those standards, and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Overall disappointing experience with TV lift cabinet. The promised "white glove service" and the cabinet was set on a pallet in the middle of my garage. No unwrapping or help getting to my patio. The cabinet itself was fine but I also noticed several small scrapes and dings...it appeared as though this product had been returned from a prior customer. I followed up with both the company and transportation company. I did speak with someone but nothing was done to remedy the bad experience. Wish I had just gone with a less expensive option from Amazon.

We have (2) TV Lifts that came with an Ethan Allen cabinet in 2007 in AZ. All we had to do was to install (2) TV’s in it. After 19 years, the cabinet, lift and TV is still working! All original parts. We have moved houses ONE time in AZ and we moved out of state from the west coast to the east coast and vise versa and we still have everything in place! The quality of the lift is excellent because it protected our TV from all the move that we had! Thank you for the excellent workmanship of this product! I highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend TVLiftCabinet.com. I placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation. I thought it didn't go through. I was in a hurry, so I decided to place the order another time. I did a day or so later, and the same thing. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They identified a problem in their shopping cart software, fixed it, and then overnighted my order at their cost. Stuff happens, and when it did, TV Lift Cabinet was there to make it right. After owning a TVLiftCabinet for 7 years, a recent nearby lightening strike took out my controller. TVLC still had me "in their system", tech support helped me troubleshoot the issue to the controller, and for a reasonable price, sent a new controller that arrived 2 days later. The consistent form factor and modular design made installation super easy, and the tech and customer service support provided by Sofia and Emma was simply outstanding: calm, competent, and re-assuring. We purchased our TVLift Cabinet about 4 years ago and love it everyday! It's a beautiful piece of furniture and allows us to enjoy our TV from every corner of our den. Recently, our housekeeper broke the remote sensor on the cabinet. We called TVLiftCabinet and they immediately sent us a replacement! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the product could not be better. Thank you.
