I have been selling my supplies for almost a year to this company. It is fast to set up, easy to ship out, and my money hits my Venmo within a week, same day that my items are received. I was very leery at first, as there are so many places advertising that they buy supplies, but I have never been let down. They also pay top dollar, I haven’t found anyone that can come close to what they are paying. They will continue to get my business.

It is claimed that boxes were stained when they were not. Boxes were kept in excellent condition. Upon opening package this company may have stained the boxes. This is highly questionable. Update…. Although I cannot explain these showed stains, I can say this two mom’s reached out and pointed out that an option would’ve been to call them and settle this matter luckily for me they have returned the boxes although I offered them for donation. Moving forward at least I know that if I need to settle something with them on condition of products I can actually speak to them and they will listen.

Thank you for your feedback, Leticia. We found your quote under a slightly different name that you used here. We appreciate that you mentioned your boxes were not stained; however, two of the contour boxes that we received had what appeared to be food stains on them. We sent you photos for your review and reference in your quote completion email. A video of our processing team opening your shipping box and removing those two stained boxes after receiving your shipping box was offered to you. We contacted you, and you acknowledged they were stained and appreciated us explaining it to you. As always, we appreciate your business, kindly ask that you reconsider this review as it appears to not be your experience, and please let us know if we can help further. Thank you.
