My experience with Europe Emirates Group was disappointing. The onboarding process was efficient and professional. However, during the course of the engagement, additional fees arose that I did not expect based on my initial understanding of the service. When I later decided to move to another provider, I was required to pay a substantial exit/NOC fee in order to proceed. While I understand that corporate service providers operate under regulatory and compliance obligations, I found the process and associated charges to be disproportionate and felt under significant pressure at the point of exit. I attempted several times to raise my concerns at the time, including escalating the matter, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. This review reflects my personal experience and perspective as a former client. Others may have a different experience, but based on mine, I would recommend that prospective clients seek full written clarity on all fees, exit requirements, and NOC-related costs before engaging.

You acknowledge the onboarding was efficient and professional that is accurate. The rest reflects a misunderstanding of how a UAE company operates. This is not a one-time service; it is a regulated lifecycle with ongoing compliance requirements. There are no “unexpected fees.” Costs are either within the agreed package or arise from additional services or legal obligations, all disclosed or approved in advance. The NOC is **mandatory**, not optional. Across authorities such as RAKEZ and IFZA, it requires compliance clearance and formal processing, which carries professional fees. There is no “pressure”—only requirements that must be met.

One of the scariest things I’ve ever done set up a company in another country (Dubai). But unfortunately, the UK gave me no choice. Thankfully, the Europe Emirates group made the whole process incredible. I felt safe, looked after, communication was amazing. I could not recommend this company more. Bryce it was absolutely fantastic, the WhatsApp conversations were so fluent and quick. Habiba was so nurturing, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole experience. Patrick my driver well… there are no words, Patrick was phenomenal. I can’t believe the professionalism, friendly nature and ability to get me to the front of the queue when he drove me to 2 different locations. I was only waiting for 10 minutes max whereas other people were waiting about three hours. This meant I could have more fun in Dubai as as well as network. If you are considering moving to Dubai to be honest, it is a no brainer, especially from the UK but if you do not use this company, I wish you luck. Because this company went above and beyond highly recommended.

Thank you sincerely for such a powerful and generous review. It truly means a great deal to all of us. Relocating and setting up a company in another country is a major decision, and we fully understand how daunting that step can feel, especially when it’s driven by circumstances rather than choice. Knowing that you felt safe, supported, and looked after throughout the process is exactly what we aim to deliver. Your kind words about Bryce, Habiba, and Patrick will be shared with them personally. Each of them takes immense pride in what they do, and it’s wonderful to hear how Bryce’s responsiveness, Habiba’s care and expertise, and Patrick’s professionalism on the ground made such a meaningful difference to your experience. Helping clients move efficiently, confidently, and without unnecessary stress is not a bonus for us—it’s the standard we hold ourselves to. We’re also delighted that the smooth execution gave you the freedom to enjoy Dubai and focus on networking and opportunities, which is precisely how it should be. Thank you again for your trust, your recommendation, and your honesty. We’re honoured to have supported you on this journey and look forward to being here for you as you continue building your future in Dubai.

Dawood!!! Top driver who remembers everything about me some two years after he first drove me around. My trip with him today was too short. The man not only knows his way around very well but also his geography. We talked London, Rome, France, caribbeans !!! I highly recommend.
