I received a pair of glasses that was not so much to my liking. Ublins willingness to make the situation right is the reason I will be making another purchase. My 2nd pair was ABOVE my expectation. The time it took to receive them was amazing too!

Weird possible fraud alerts from bank when I made the purchase. Received and like the frames. Don't bother with the ”mystery gift” for leaving multiple reviews and sending multiple examples of proof for a cheap grandma eyeglasses chain. Found other online companies that I'm happier with their selection of frames.
