You guys did well after my initial shock that the package was delivered somewhere else I was extremely upset I had to send multiple emails contact the post office and the glasses were remade and sent out it was a frustrating situation however my only big complaint is that it took so many hours and emails to communicate and nobody responded and the customer service number does not work so that definitely needs improvement the glasses themselves were great I love them !!!! Just need better ways to communicate and working phone numbers

I absolutely love all 3 pairs of my glasses. Very stylish and cute. I’ve gotten several compliments on my black pair which is my favorite one.

I had a lovely experience, I had accidentally ordered without prescription an they were nice enough to not have me pay full price again an I only had to pay for the lense! They were all the same prescription luckily.

I purchased 4 pairs of glasses in early May. All 4 pairs of my glasses came in wrong, none of them have the same prescription and I can’t wear any of them. Would have been nice if at least ONE of the 4 actually matched the prescription I sent in, which is sad because all 4 should have been the same. I reached out to request a refund or replacement and never heard back. Very cute glasses so it’s frustrating to not be able to wear any of them and disappointed in customer services.
