I ordered 4 pairs of glasses. They were processed and shipped in a timely manner. One of the frames that I recieved was missing a gold embellishment on one side. I contacted their customer service and they helped me out and replaced the frame with no problems. It was an stress free experience. The price I paid for 4 frames and lenses was unbeatable. I will absolutely be back to order again, and I 100% would recommend this company.

I have purchased many frames with prescription lenses over the last few years. They come fairly quickly and every pair I have ordered has lasted. When a pair came and the prescription wasn't right, they promptly corrected it, and sent me a new pair with the fixed prescription at no charge. Happy with the quality, timeliness, and customer service.
