Customer service on POINT. Loved the quick responses and the attachment feature so I can clearly show what's going on on my end and the representative can send me step-by-step guides on their end too. Great interface that is perfect for beginners.

Bedros assisted me in solving a couple of problems I was having with my newly-created website on Ucraft. Unfortunately, while he was unable to deliver EVERYTHING that I needed, he was very helpful in what he was able to offer which got me on the right track. Ucraft definitely needs to hang on to him as an employee because Bedros knows his stuff!

I love the templates and customer service have been A-1. Quick replies and detail directions. Will recommend U-Craft to anyone that wants to create a unique site different from Godaddy or Wix. Ani, Laurie, and Ines were so helpful. Made it easy to navigate and I'm not the most tech savvy.
