As a freelance designer, the platform has been a game-changer for me. With access to a wide variety of design resources all in one place, the quality of the assets is exceptional, and the prices are unbeatable. It has saved me hours of searching for the perfect assets, and I'm continually impressed with the fresh content added regularly.

Very bad customer service. My card got auto-renewed without notice. I wrote 3 emails to the support to issue the refund. There is no reply from them at all.

We apologize for any confusion or frustration you've experienced with our customer service. At UI8, we strive to provide transparent and effective support to all our customers. Regarding auto-renewals, our system is designed to send notifications before they take place, as we understand the importance of keeping our customers informed. If you did not receive a notification, we sincerely apologize for any oversight, and we will investigate to ensure that our notification process is functioning correctly. As for refunds, our policy, which is clearly stated on our website, indicates that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including subscriptions. This policy is in place due to the nature of the digital assets and services we provide. If you have any further concerns or questions about our policies or your specific situation, please feel free to reach out to us again. We're always here to help and provide clarification where needed. We appreciate your understanding and value your feedback as we continue to improve our services at UI8.

Same as a few others complaints..... auto renewal not clear when you purchase a 3 month all access pass. There is a tiny remember my payment details checkbox that you can hardly notice (not a bad design idea and UX to scam you into paying twice). Support non existent when trying to resolve issue.

I was a featured seller on ui8.net and had a partnership with Dash(CEO - Ui8). I sold illustration packs for them for more than 2years and had a good partnership too. After I wasn't happy with the amount of sales generated and recent restrictions with the Payoneer, I asked them to make some of my products for free. They didn't. So, I tried several times to payout my sales balance that was open before closing the account. But I'm banned for the truth and won't even get that balance. Please Note : After you stop partnering with them, they keep your money. I don't really care about my several bucks. But they do :D I'm not recommend this platform for contributers.

I ordered a Full App XD Design, it was mentioned that i should receive 52 slides, i only received a XD file with 47 slider, not complete .. Missing the User Profile Page and all its subsidiaries. i tried to reach out to the support team that is supposed to respond within few hours.. 3 days !! not a single response.. i talked to the seller, he responded in few hours and he asked me for extra money out of UI8 to send me the complete version, absolutely misleading and no support from their team whatsoever.... this is a rip off. please avoid this website.. do not buy anything from them..
