Ukeydoft is pathetic in their so-called "support" if you need any. You won't hear back from them for days or not at all. Only going to subscribe for the one month that I paid for and move on to find a better company if you need any trouble support.

It doesnt work, they dont give you a good service, and they didnt give my money back after lot of emails. In spanish: Este programa es una porqueria, no funciona con mac, no te dan ayuda, y no te devuelven el dinero .

Although it said it's a lossless convert but the sound quality is pretty bad after I use tidal hifi to download, I tried another brand's converters before so I know what it should be sound like. would not recommend this converter if you want a high-quality lossless wav/aiff track.

I have already sent more than 6 emails to your employee Steven_Jeam , who guided me to do the updates and even then the program did not work. Not satisfied, he asked me for proof with videos that the program was not really working, which I sent immediately. And finally, he advised me to change my computer's operating system, which I can't do. So, after more than a month that I bought the program I couldn't use it. The only thing I want is my money back.

THIS APP IS A PIECE OF CRAP. IT'S NOT USER FRIENDLY IT GETS STUCK ON A TRACK AND DOES NOT MOVE ON TO THE NEXT, WHEN YOU CLICK ON NEXT IT DOES NOT RESPOND . IT'S SO FULL OF BUGS NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY, IT'S CERTAINLY NOT INTUITIVE. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE IT'S TOTAL CRAP.
