EDIT AFTER SEEING REPLY FROM UKEYSOFT: I HAVE sent you videos. Many of them. You have sent me software which crashed my Mac and you are now blaming my Mac for that. I have repeatedly done what you have asked and at the last email (there has been over 30 emails so far since May) and you have not resolved my situation but you still refuse a refund. I repeat my claim that this software does to work as described. If you own a Mac, do NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE. Here are some facts about Ukeysoft (which are applicable to Both Windows AND Mac users): There is NO registered office that I could find. There is no listed telephone number or address. It is not clear from which country they (I say "they", could be a 'she' or a "he" for all we know) operate from and there are clearly no legitimised support/cancellation/refund processes. If you still want go ahead then here are MY facts: Downloaded the trial version and converted about 25 songs with the stated maximum length of 3 mins each. All played fine on the USB stick to which I had transferred them for use in an outside USB/SC Card speaker. I paid up and registered. The first 205 tracks went OK albeit very slowly as the conversion is made in real-time (I.e. Apple Music is playing in the background but on silent. SO if your album takes 1 hour to play - it will take 1 hour to convert. Incidentally, this software switched the sound output from my Bose USB Audio to something call "Audiojingle". It did NOT switch it back upon completion and took me a while to figure out why. Culprit: Ukeysoft I then switched music source to another playlist - this time the metadata was written in Thai, as it was a playlist of popular Thai music. I assumed this did not contribute to the following fiasco as the screenshots on the Ukeysoft website showed some Asian language, Chinese, Korean? in their playlist. A major clue as to the location of the company - starting to forget any thoughts of a refund. After conversion, the output list of Thai party music songs numbered over 200 and before EACH and EVERY song was a 5 second clip (the SAME 5 second clip) of a James Brown song. Funny the first or second time. Nada the 145th time. At this point I contacted Ukeysoft by email and received a request to send in log files, which I complied with. It’s only been two days but I've heard nothing back. However, MEANWHILE, back at the Mac: Ukeysoft Apple Music Converter hung and had to be force quit. Several times. I even had to remove and reinstall it at one point, including reregistering it, just to get it to work. Now it is working - but ONE FILE at a time! And 9 times out of ten, it will stop at under 1 sec of the conversion process Another way of putting this is "I spent $39 on a piece of software, from an indeterminate company, based in an indeterminate country, and which provides support sporadically (via email - oh the deep joy of waiting for time zones to align) The software simply does not work and the fool is clearly me. Please don't be their next fool.

I bought this software in order to migrate songs I had purchased on itunes to play on other devices. I have about 200 songs to migrate, but in a week this software has only converted 29 of those songs. Everytime I select more than one song, the system crashes or is otherwise so slow it doesn't do anything for 'hours'. I contacted 'support' and was asked to send log files. I have done that twice now and there has been no response. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why this software is so slow and doesn't do what it says it will do. I am also now considering requesting a refund. I regret buying this. If it were possible to give less than one star, it would be too much this service! Don't Buy it!!!

I purchased the UkeySoft music converter software 2 weeks ago. It would only convert about 1/3 of my songs, the others would throw errors. Working with the support team has been very frustrating. They sent me debugging software 3 times which didn't work, their solution was to reinstall the latest versions of the UkeySoft and iTunes software. Both solutions still did not work. I've asked for a refund 5 times and they have no interest in doing that - they only forward the same email to some other support group who doesn't help. Do NOT buy this software!!

Not working. Keep Unknown Error. Contact the support but no answer. So bad! Never trust UkeySoft!
