Ready is a very strong solution! I use their HR performance and learning features and it has been so easy to use. I have also used UKG pro before and ready seems easier and has better reporting.

UKG Ready is intuitive, easy to use, and makes day-to-day work simpler across the organization. I especially love the mobile app because it provides convenient access on the go. Other users I know also value the platform from an admin perspective across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations, which speaks to its usefulness beyond just the employee end-user experience.
