I spent thousands of euros on UkrainianCharm in only three weeks and asked for a proper VIP/loyalty review based on my actual spending and activity. The same support representative handled my request from the very beginning and told me that the review could take up to 5 business days. After waiting, I received an email from that same representative stating that they had completed a “thorough review” of my VIP/loyalty status and credited 5 bonus gems. The problem is that 5 gems is the same kind of small goodwill amount ordinary support can provide, so there was effectively no meaningful VIP or loyalty benefit at all. Even worse, my account showed 0 new gems after the email, while support insisted that the gems had already been credited. I had already received 5 gems several days earlier, which made the whole situation even more confusing. After spending thousands of euros in only three weeks, this was an extremely disappointing result from what they described as a “thorough VIP/loyalty review.” No bonus credits, no VIP benefits, no future purchase bonus and no meaningful recognition of my spending. Based on my experience, high spending on this platform does not appear to result in meaningful loyalty treatment.

Hi Henrik, Certain interactive features require credits or gems, and users should clearly understand how paid features, bonus options, and account benefits work. Regarding your case, our support team has already reviewed your request and provided the necessary information about the credited gems. Since this involves account-specific activity, balance details, and internal review results, we cannot discuss the full details publicly here. If you still have questions about the review outcome, your gem balance, previous crediting history, or available options, please continue the communication in the existing support thread or contact us again at [email protected]. Best wishes, Tina from Ukrainiancharm

Rick solved my problem with the Spin Wheel feature by allowing my payment to be switched so as to charged to my new Credit Card and not my Bank debit Visa Card as I just lossed my bank card and put a hold on it till later today.Prior,my bank card only was charged or linked to my bank card for payments. This was resolved in a few minutes with friendly service.Thanks!-"Healer"/S.W.Ont.Cda.
