Recently I bought the Ultimea Apollo. Unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the product because there was a delay with video and sound in use with google chromecast.All the other stuff seemed good. I wanted to write a review because the customer service was amazing! Their communication was very good and friendly. They’ve sent another device to see if that would solve the problem. They were flexible with the return period, because it was delayed by the postal office wich send the package back to my home. They really helped me with all the problems and stayd super friendly. This is something a lot of companies can learn from. Customer service is everything! Too bad I can’t use their product with chromecast :(

Had my broken nova s80 replaced with the posioden D80. After quite a bit of testing I'm not convince this unit is able to process dolby atmos as it claims to do. Using a test video encoded in dolby atmos, from dolby. The posioden s80 struggled to separately define the signal sent to both the front and rear surround speakers. Both the front and rear surround speakers are triggered at the same time. I am hoping this is a firmware problem rather than hardware. Currently awaiting a fix fom ultimea.

Ensure that the EQ setting is set to "MOVIE" mode. 2. The Posioden D80 supports 7.1 Dolby Atmos. Could you please verify that the video you are testing is indeed in the 7.1 format? I read a review that suggested the D60 5.1 was a better option than the D50, which I was considering, due the price. It was on Amazon for around £100. The D60 was £250, but with a £50 voucher, making it £200. I can’t tell you what a fantastic product this is. I had a 500w Sony system years ago, which was pretty impressive, but of course it involved lots of wires. My room/tv setup was never suitable for a surround system for quite a while, until recently. The fact that the rear speakers and subwoofer connect wirelessly suited my set up perfectly. The sub is down by the side of the sofa and the wires to the surround speakers just run around the back the sofa. Everything just worked, straight out of the box. As an extra bit of advice, if you can connect via the eArc method, you will get so much more from the system, especially the surround isolation and the left right and back to front travel. I had to connect via optical initially, but recently bought a Fancyleds sync box (get one, trust me) which meant I could use the eArc connection method. I couldn’t recommend this product more if they paid me. For the average size living room, the power or this system is more than enough.

I originally gave this company 1 star as their website and email they sent me regarding my order said it was delivered; however all I had received was my free gift (from a black Friday special offer). The actual item I had ordered had not arrived. I cold not find a customer service # on Google or their website only an email or chat. So I emailed them and got no response. The next day I tried to chat and once again, no response. So then I called and again, no response as a matter of fact I was forced to leave a voicemail. With all that being said I did finally receive the rest of my order. I would love to give 5 starts but I feel customers should be told their items are being shipped as 2 separate packages and provided with both traking #'s. In the response below that is the first time I was given the 2nd shipment tracking # at which time I had received my items so the tracking # no longer mattered. I am excited to try what I ordered and am so thankful I finally received all of my order.
