Derek, we reached out to you several times in hopes of solving this issue but had no luck. uShip is a market place for brokers, carriers and customers to connect. When you place your order through uShip, you are booking our service to find a carrier for you, once we do, we contact you and help you deliver your vehicle. As a broker, Ultra Auto Transport finds a carrier for you, and at no point, it "farms" anything to 3rd parties. When you contract via uShip, you pay on that website and your funds are held by them until you give the code to the driver. It is industry standard to release the code first, and unload the car after, as damages, discrepancies, and any other questions are addressed shortly after, with a Bill of Lading. In general, we are very sorry that you feel like we've failed you and regret we didn't get the chance to explain the process to you. We invite you to carefully read the terms and conditions on uShip's website, this will clear your doubts.
