On-line ordering was a breeze including follow-up on shipment and tracking information. The Mirtoon retractable hose is excellent; a designer sleek product that works great.

Very good communication and very satisfied with my purchase

Loved it so much we got a second one - shipped in record time and in before Christmas !

Great service! Great product! This is our second Bambrella Sidewind and we couldn’t be happier. And Charles is a pleasure to work with.

UmbrellaSpecialist had my 11.5’ umbrella delivered to Scottsdale AZ in less than a week from date of order. The staff was responsive to any questions I had and the umbrella is absolutely worth the money. Extremely well made and parts can be purchased separately in the event that it were to get damaged. I will be ordering another to match.

Charles handled our order which was mishandled by the shipper, very well.

Charles is great.

This is my second time placing an order with Umbrellaspecialist. Just like the first time, all my questions were answered and the 8' market umbrellas look great for our pool!!!
