I ordered a flat bench and weights, told they were coming in 5-7 days. The bench came but No weights. Like a car with no wheels. Have left messages and emails to no avail. Calling our cc to cancel order and have them pick up. Appears to be a scam.

I don't know how I'm suppose to feel about their service yet. So far I'm not impressed. I received an email with one tracking number for both the item I ordered and the freebie. The freebie was delivered to my mailbox because it was small and could fit. The larger item never arrived and could not fit in my mailbox. When I let the company know they reminded me of the delivery window, which I think was 5-7 days (which was not the issue). My issue was that the delivery notice made it seem like both items were successfully delivered. The company then said that the larger item had not shipped yet and they would email me when it does, with its own tracking number. It would have been nice to have that done in the first place. As of today I've heard nothing back from them. At the end of the week if I still haven't heard from them I will cancel the transaction with my bank. Communication, no matter the circumstances is key. Fingers crossed.

Very pleased

Knowing how busy with orders they did an excellent job notifying me on when the order would get to me.Having to split the order--I didn't mind that cause of what is happening today with the virus and product need

I ordered the barbell set for doing bodypump at home, since the gyms are closed due to the COVID19 crisis. This barbell set is awesome for this purpose. The shipping is not as fast as I wanted but cannot complain during this terrible time. I definitely recommend this item.

I ordered a weight set from them, got the free gift in 5 days, but no weight set. Called their customer service to follow up. No one would answer the phone. Sent emails to customer service, no response to emails. Only tracking number provided was for the free gift. No way to track actual product I paid for and they are not providing any information. I am hoping this is not a Virus scam. If you are thinking about ordering from them, think twice.

I recently ordered a resistance band for my home gym during this quarantine time. It arrived within a couple of days of ordering and excellent quality.

Thank u Everything arrived in a timely manner !
