Dear Mahayara,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to address them promptly and professionally. However, we must address several critical inaccuracies in your review that misrepresent the circumstances and violate the terms of our service agreement.
Our contract explicitly prohibits the packing and transportation of food items, as they can attract pests such as rodents. Despite this, you moved large quantities of prohibited food items, including but not limited to Ramen noodles, which directly contributed to the pest issue you referenced. This was a clear violation of our agreement, which states that food items must not be packed to prevent such problems. The presence of these items, as evidenced by photographs, text correspondence, recorded calls, and emails in our possession, was the primary cause of the pest attraction, and you have acknowledged your negligence in this matter. You did NOT pack only cans, We have pictures of rice, Ramen noodles in styrofoam cups, etc.. Things that rodents can definitely infiltrate quite easily.
Furthermore, we made multiple attempts to engage with you to revise your review to accurately reflect the situation, specifically your decision to pack prohibited items. Regrettably, these efforts were met with demands for $25,000 in compensation, accompanied by threats to post negative reviews if we did not comply. We consider this behavior to be an attempt at extortion, which is unacceptable and contrary to fair business practices.
While we respect your right to provide feedback, posting a review that omits critical facts and misrepresents the situation is not only misleading but may also constitute defamation, which is a violation of applicable laws. We have substantial evidence, including the aforementioned documentation, to support our position. In fact, No other customer has EVER complained about rodents, as most people adhere to the contract and do not pack food in with their household goods.
We kindly request that you revise your review to accurately reflect the facts, including your violation of our contract by packing prohibited food items and your subsequent actions. We are committed to resolving this matter amicably and professionally and invite you to contact us directly to discuss further. We have pictures of the food items, the text messages of you agreeing that you violated the contract, Recorded calls where you admitted negligence, and emails of you trying to get us to pay you $25,000.. which was more than five times the amount of your move.
Sincerely,
The United Prime Vanlines Team
