Had a great experience with the shipping company second time using them, third vehicle transported with no issues. This time I scheduled them at the last minute 2:30pm from North Carolina, still gave me a great price and got my vehicle by 4 AM, Lakeland Florida. My car is in perfect condition. This type of service is hard to find without getting scammed or your property being damaged. They are my go to.

My agent, Shaun, was on top of his game. He followed up with dispatcher and driver to ensure prompt delivery. He delivered on his promise.

Dear K Duenez, We are deeply sorry to hear about the stress you are going through, but we want to assure you that you have posted this review on the wrong company profile. This charge was not made by our company, United States Auto Shipping. We have thoroughly searched our system, and we have absolutely no record of anyone under your name or your phone number (619-418-1199) ever booking a shipment or interacting with us. Furthermore, our company does not have a $207.00 charge structure, and we have never processed a payment for this specific amount. In the auto shipping industry, scammers frequently use confusing bank codes or fake business names to take unauthorized funds. It is highly likely you are the victim of a fraudulent charge from an unrelated entity, or your bank statement is showing a business with a similar name to ours. Because you mentioned bank codes with no phone reference, we strongly advise you to contact your bank immediately to dispute the $207.00 charge as fraud. Your bank can trace exactly who took the money and reverse it for you. If you believe a mistake has been made or if you have an official receipt showing our company details, please email us directly so we can help you look into it. We truly hope your bank resolves this and recovers your money quickly. Sincerely, The Management Team United States Auto Shipping Inc

Hello "Happy Customer", We take accusations of this nature very seriously, but we have absolutely no record of any customer transaction or interaction under your profile name. We do not engage in price-switching practices, and we operate with full pricing transparency for all verified bookings. Because your review lacks any verifiable details such as an order number, shipment date, or vehicle details we are unable to locate you in our system to investigate your claim. If you are a genuine customer who has done business with United States Auto Shipping, please contact our management team directly at with your official booking reference number so we can look into this immediately. If we do not hear from you with legitimate proof of service, we will proceed with flagging this profile to Trustpilot for removal as a fraudulent review. Sincerely, The Management Team United States Auto Shipping

Jack was definitely determined to do the right thing on my first experience with car transportation from Ny to Florida and was the only truthful broker I dealt with in this process. As for the driver of Amir trans as of this review johan has done exactly what was required of him
