Hello and in response to your inquiry. I was highly impressed with my initial "phone set up" meeting . My representative was very polite and professional. However, it appears that I have not been able to connect with your support team since our first meeting?? I've sent emails, and I have not received a reply that I am aware of? Hence, I hope to connect soon, in order to continue after my 30 day trial period.

I keep having the same reoccurring issue where someone in your company needs to reset my call log. It is extremely frustrating.

You’re right — needing to repeatedly contact us to reset your call log shouldn’t be part of your experience, and we totally understand how frustrating that must have been.
