I just had my second book published through UBP and I must say that it was an easy going, stress free, time turnout friendly experience! Mark Jones( Sr. Consultant) was confidently persistent and Kevin Parker(Project Manager) was “Johnny on the Spot” with following up on any concerns or corrections…I am definitely having my third book published by this company. It’s really hard to evaluate right now as they just finished. I’m happy with the finished product but not overly crazy about the cost of all the add ons, and the sales pressure to add on extras. Keven was good at communicating, his work was good and completed within the timeframe.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you're happy with the final product and Kevin’s communication. The additional costs and add-ons are recommended to enhance the quality and longevity of the work, ensuring the best value for your investment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you again.
