I was hesitant about Unvault at first, but the appeal of getting my jewelry appraised and then selling a few unused and broken pieces was hard to resist. So I decided to give it a try. And I am so glad that I did. The appraisal process was super quick - I just needed to upload the photos to get an estimate. The team then did an excellent job at keeping me updated about the next steps. Everything went very smoothly from submitting my items, to receiving the video of unpacking my jewelry, to getting the actual value of what I would receive as payment, and then to the final payment. Highly recommend the platform.

Great experience. They did a fantastic job giving me a detailed walkthrough of each piece and personally answered every question I had on how they value gemstones. I got far more value than any one else offered me.

Integrity, responsiveness, service level equivalent to boutique couture stores! The ability to talk to a live person who is lovely, understanding and respectful gained my confidence for three groups of jewelry I submitted for evaluation and accepted. Exceptional!

I would like to say, I like the professionalism of this new company. I may have misjudged offer that was made to me because they were so professional in reaching out to me and wanting to make it right and that they made a mistake. I really appreciated that I was just company much success in the future.
