There are two parts to this review: 1. The performance of EaseUS apps 2. Their customer support system. These are the software I have bought from them: EaseUS VoiceWave EaseUS Disk Copy Pro EaseUS Partition Master Professional EaseUS Key Finder EaseUS Todo Backup Home EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional I have been using the software for two years, and this is what I feel about them. To date, I haven't faced any issue with them. The only issue I faced till now was when my PC crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. Twice it happened, and both times EaseUS apps refused to accept the original codes. Perhaps it thought I was installing them on another system. Now, this is where the second part comes. I sent an email to their customer support, and within 24 hours, they unblocked all my license codes. Compared to similar apps, their prices are also reasonable.

I have a license for EaseUS Partition Master Professional purchased via 2Checkout on 2022-01-05. I still have my activation code, but since the purchase, I have migrated to Windows 11, replaced my motherboard, and changed my hard drive into SSD Now, I was need to manage my SSD partitions, but the activation code was no longer working. Support@Easus have reset my code, and I installed the older version, but its recomend to upgrade to a new version. Already, problems with some file system32\epmdkdrv.sys on the upgrade process. Again, the support told me to install the new version (not as an upgrade_, and now all is running very well. Thnak you support@easus.
